For one whole weekend this October, swing dancers from across the globe and New Orleans jazz musicians will come together to celebrate the international community of jazz music & dance enthusiasts. New Orleans sets the scene for a soul stirring weekend of live local jazz and blues, outdoor concerts, non-stop social swing dancing, traditional jazz & swing dance classes for all levels, exhilarating dance contests with the world's best, and historical presentations on the symbiotic relationship between jazz musicians and jazz dancers. Don.t forget to stay at least a day late to watch (or take part in) the musicians vs dancers baseball game on Monday Oct 12th.

Brace yourself for an event like no other in a city like no other.

Hope to see you in October!

Note for travelers: You will want to come Thursday (for the Mississippi riverboat cruise!) & you will want to leave Tuesday (to be there on Monday for the Musicians vs Dancers baseball game!). In fact, you might want to stay a week.
